WLMeter is a unique precise device for wavelength measurement of both CW and pulsed laser type. Equipped with advanced opportunities for spectrum analysis including FWHM determination, high absolute accuracy (±3pm) in a broad spectral range 190-1200nm, and a compact design free from movable components, the WLMeter is an essential device for a wide variety around the laser applications.
At its core, the WLMeter's optical scheme advantages of an Echelle diffraction grating operating in high spectrum orders, coupled with a relevant CCD. This flawless setup eliminates the need for moving elements, ensuring stability, accuracy and high speed in wavelength measurements.
Unlike interferometric-type instruments, the WLMeter, in a single standard configuration, operates in both the UV and IR spectral ranges. It calculates wavelength and FWHM with high accuracy, visualizes the spectral line shape, and provides wavelength and FWHM temporal monitoring. For pulsed lasers, WLMeter can be synchronized to the laser with TTL-level pulses.
To input the light into WLMeter, either a standard multimode optical fiber can be used or the input slit can be illuminated directly. For ease of operation, the WLMeter's set includes UV optical fiber and an adjustable attenuator.
Compared to interferometers, the WLMeter is significantly more affordable.
Calibration correction. You can ascertain the spectrometer's calibration accuracy and, if necessary, correct it in any laboratory or production line environment using either a He-Ne laser with a wavelength of 632.816 nm or the widely available mercury line at 546.073 nm, present in the spectra of mercury lamps and any daylight source. The selection for wavelength correction is done at the time of order.

It includes diffuse attenuator to adjust the laser beam power for optimal performance, optical fiber for light transmission with the least losses, synchronization cable for WLMeter to be triggered from your pulsed laser source via standard TTL-level signals, USB-cable for connection of the device to your computer via the High-Speed USB interface. WLMeter control is fully performed from a computer.
